This approximately 19,000 SF building was completed in the Fall of 2009. The spaces were designed as “move-in ready”- tenants just bring their furniture and equipment- no build-out construction required. The building is LEED Platinum and features photovoltaic panels on the roof and an infiltration planter at the main entry for managing storm water on site.
